• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) once payment has been confirmed, provided the items are in stock.

• No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

• If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you by email with updated shipping information.

2. Shipping Times

• France: Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

• Rest of Europe: Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.

5. Delivery Issues

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
