Refund policy

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • For orders shipped to the European Union, you are additionally entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off period” during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be requested in advance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Go to your account dashboard → Orders → Manage Order → Request a Return/Refund.

  2. Alternatively, you may contact us directly at contacts@ma-joie.com with your order number.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty, hygiene items).

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contacts@ma-joie.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund and send the replacement.

7. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contacts@ma-joie.com.
