Refund policy
1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are additionally entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off period” during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Returns must be requested in advance. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

Go to your account dashboard → Orders → Manage Order → Request a Return/Refund.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Customized or personalized items.

Personal care products (e.g., beauty, hygiene items).

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).

Sale items and gift cards.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contacts@ma-joie.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 30 days of receiving your item.

The fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund and send the replacement.
7. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks or card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
